My journey in life has been shaped by a gradual accumulation of tension, building into greater imbalances and eventually resulting in an autoimmune disease — and yet it was inspiring, because it opened doors to a quest into the true meaning of life: an exploration of what life encompasses when all the should do's and have-to's disappear.

Yoga was my first resource to lovingly reconnect with my body, from which I had gradually become detached due to the demands of a dance education, followed by a rough career in marketing and advertising. It showed me how to find physical ease and lightness, and taught me that the body has an innate capacity to return to balance — all we need to do is stop the controlling, all-determining monkey brain.

That insight led me into a deeper journey of meditation and mindfulness, where neuroscience in relation to quantum physics keeps bringing me into a state of awe: an awe of what we as human beings are truly capable of when we let go of the rat race, and start to trust our intuition, the power of silence and community.

A 6-month camper van journey with my family through the US revealed that I am most free in nature — which keeps reassuring me that everything has a refined balance, and that deeply rooted in one's being, you can move with every wind.

I am beyond excited to share my research and years of somatic practice into the wonders of our bodies, life and nature with those searching for a deeper connection with life.

My passion and wonder about human potential are endless. In 2004 a burnout unexpectedly opened a liberating and deeply meaningful path in my life. Since then I have been gradually letting go of conditioned ideas about how life is supposed to be lived, and following the quiet voice of my heart instead.

That voice has guided me to many unexpected choices.Leaving a well-paid corporate career to become a yoga teacher and consciousness coach. Travelling for eight years in a camper, sometimes for months at a time. And eventually moving to Italy in 2022 to live closer to nature and the mountains I love.

For more than twenty years I have been exploring what I call the Flow into your Heart journey — through yoga, chi kung, meditation, breathwork, coaching trainings, retreats and countless books on Mind over Matter, human potential, Quantum Physics and Neuroplasticity.

Every day I explore this path together with the people I am allowed to guide. We gently observe the clouds of ego and conditioning that obscure our natural freedom. Through stillness, movement, softness and humour we begin to see through the veils of illusion. And when that happens, a deep relaxation immediately appears in both body and mind.

I absolutely love my work. I wake up excited every morning. And outside of that work I simply love to be in awe and wonder about life. The mountains, walking, trail running, cooking, reading, writing, photography, dancing and singing make my heart sing.
